Robert W. Hepp

	Robert W. Bob Hepp, age 76, of Pinckneyville, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000 at 9:29 a.m. in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL.
	Bob was born in Pinckneyville on May 31, 1924, the son of Scott R. and Ethel (Shute) Hepp.  He married Ruby Kimmel on July 12, 1944 in Chester, IL and she survives.  He was a retired coal miner, veteran of World War II having served with the U.S. Army and a member of the Beaucoup Baptist Church, Pinckneyville.
	Survivors include his wife:  Ruby of Pinckneyville; a son :   Bobby Hepp, and his wife, Donna, two grandsons:  Cory Hepp, and his wife, Julie of Centralia, IL and Caby Hepp of Pinckneyville, four great-grandchildren:  Britnie, Ali, and Bryce Foltz, and Lexi J. Hepp, a special cousin:  Rovana Shute of Pinckneyville, a step-mother:  Lisetta Hepp, two brothers:  Doug Hawkins, and his wife Sue, and Martin Hepp, and his wife, Imogene, all of Pinckneyville, two sisters:  Jean Hall of Troy, IL and Janet Kimmel, and her husband, Ted, of Pinckneyville, a sister-in-law:  Hazel Hepp of Pinckneyville, along with several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother:  Harlan Hepp, two step-fathers:  Les Hawkins and Tom Feltmeyer, and a step-sister:  Billie Mae Pulke.
	Funeral services were held on Friday, June 16, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. in the Beaucoup Baptist Church with Reverend Greg Maize officiating.  Interment was in the Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville.
	Friends were able to call at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until services.
